Order Sakaki Online

You can choose any date from today up to 1 month ahead. Dates within 4 days may not arrive by your preferred date due to harvest and shipping timing (agreement required).

Delivery days for a subscription are chosen in the subscription box above.

Because sakaki is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (except for quality problems or incorrect items).

Cancellation: please contact us by email (contact@sakakikaen.com) or through the contact form, quoting your order number, by the day before the scheduled shipping date. If your order has not been paid yet, cancellation is free of charge. For paid orders, we refund the amount paid minus a sum equivalent to the payment processing fee (card payments are refunded through the card company; convenience store payments by bank transfer, and the bank transfer fee is borne by the customer). As the goods are perishable, orders cannot be cancelled from the scheduled shipping date onward or after shipment.

Cancelling a subscription: deliveries that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You can cancel the remaining deliveries by contacting us by email (contact@sakakikaen.com) or through the contact form, quoting your order number, by the day before the scheduled shipping date of that delivery. The refund is the amount paid, minus the deliveries already shipped recalculated at the regular price (item price plus standard shipping; the subscription benefit of free shipping on half of the deliveries applies only when all deliveries are completed), minus a sum equivalent to the payment processing fee (card payments are refunded through the card company; convenience store payments by bank transfer, and the bank transfer fee is borne by the customer).
